By accessing, using, or subscribing to any of our services — including our website, the IGNIT3: Fitness & Nutrition App, IGNIT3 Growth Accelerator, OFCA Coach Academy platform, or community platforms — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. By using IGNIT3 services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
All fitness programs, coaching services, downloads, and app-based resources are delivered electronically. Access is granted upon successful payment and delivered to the email you provided during registration (usually within 24 hours). Once access is granted, the product is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Some IGNIT3 services (such as app access or programming-only memberships) operate on a monthly subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account. We require at least 15 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Cancellations made within 15 days of your renewal date will take effect the following month.
By enrolling in the Online Fitness Coach Academy (OFCA), you agree to Lifetime Access:

The IGNIT3 Growth Accelerator is a coach development and client acquisition program. Upon enrollment:

All affiliate and coaching commissions are honored as long as you:
IGNIT3 reserves the right to pause or revoke commissions in the event of failed payments, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.
All workouts, nutrition guides, and coaching tools are for general wellness and fitness purposes. Always consult your physician before beginning any new health or fitness plan. By participating, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own health outcomes.
All IGNIT3 content — including training programs, PDFs, videos, branding, community posts, and platform materials — is the exclusive property of Lazarus Productions LLC DBA IGNIT3 and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.
By participating in any IGNIT3 platform (community, app, social media, forums), you agree to:
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the platform without refund or re-entry.
Coaches and clients previously enrolled under subscription-based pricing will retain their existing plan and rate unless they voluntarily switch to the new structure. Legacy plans are not transferable to post-commitment monthly options or used to negotiate future pricing.
Certain IGNIT3 offerings include time-based challenges, competitions, or prize-based programs (collectively, “Challenges”), including but not limited to the IGNIT3 Partner Transformation Challenge.
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is subject to additional Challenge-specific terms, rules, scoring criteria, eligibility requirements, prize conditions, waivers, and policies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form a binding part of this agreement.
By participating in any IGNIT3 Challenge, you grant IGNIT3 irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any submitted content (including photos, videos, testimonials, stories, and likeness) for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Each Challenge may have additional published rules, guidelines, or official terms (“Challenge Rules”) provided on the Challenge landing page, onboarding materials, or inside the IGNIT3 App. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions control, unless expressly stated otherwise.
IGNIT3 may update or revise these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
By continuing to use IGNIT3 programs, platforms, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including all payment obligations, refund policies, and behavior standards.
By registering for or participating in the IGNIT3 Partner Transformation Challenge (“Challenge”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Challenge is operated by Lazarus Productions LLC DBA IGNIT3.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
The IGNIT3 Partner Transformation Challenge is an 8-week rolling-entry transformation competition focused on physical progress, consistency, and teamwork. Participation involves physical exercise, nutrition habits, and lifestyle changes, which carry inherent risks. IGNIT3 is not a medical provider.
To participate, both partners must:

The Challenge operates on quarterly cycles:
Participants may join at any point during a quarter but must complete all 8 weeks within that quarter. Entries do not carry over. No extensions are granted.
Final score is determined by:
All judging decisions are final. IGNIT3 reserves the right to audit accounts and correct or remove suspicious activity.
To remain prize-eligible, participants must submit:
Failure to submit required materials results in ineligibility for prizes.
All photo and video submissions must be unedited and unfiltered, include date validation, show participant’s face, and accurately represent progress.
Any manipulation, AI enhancement, falsified logs, shared accounts, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
Grand Prize: Winner may choose a luxury couples travel experience (destination options subject to availability) or a cash equivalent at IGNIT3’s discretion. Travel prizes include airfare and lodging but exclude taxes, visas, insurance, baggage fees, unlisted transportation, and personal expenses.
Runner-Up: $1,500 USD cash and public recognition.
Finishers: Certificate of Completion.
Prize substitution may occur at IGNIT3’s discretion.
Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. U.S. winners receiving prizes valued at $600+ will receive Form 1099-MISC. International winners are responsible for complying with their local tax laws.
Participants may be disqualified for fraudulent activity, manipulated or automated logging, altered images, false identity information, partner substitution, or coordinated point manipulation. IGNIT3 may audit any account at any time.
Participants acknowledge that exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risk, that IGNIT3 does not provide medical advice, and that participants should consult healthcare professionals before beginning. By participating, you release IGNIT3 from all liability related to injury, illness, or health complications arising from participation.
Travel prize winners acknowledge that travel carries inherent risks. IGNIT3 is not responsible for cancellations, delays, accidents, illness, lost property, Acts of God, or third-party service failures. Winners must sign a separate travel liability waiver prior to booking.
By participating, you grant IGNIT3 irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display submitted materials — including photos, videos, testimonials, stories, name, and likeness — for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and future IGNIT3 projects. Participants waive rights to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for such usage.
IGNIT3 may collect and store app usage data, submissions, and progress metrics for purposes of Challenge administration, scoring, product improvement, and marketing (with consent). Data is not sold.
IGNIT3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge due to fraud, technical issues, legal changes, travel restrictions, or force majeure events. Prizes may be substituted if necessary.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Luis Obispo County, California. Participants waive rights to jury trial and class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Apple, Google, or any travel provider.
